Position Title: Saw Operator

Classification: Hourly - Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

Responsible for maintaining and operating aluminum cut-off saw. In addition to running cut-off saw, the position is required to process the blanks of the cut-off saw through the ball burnish operation.

Essential Job Duties:

• Operate aluminum cut-off saw.
• Maintain a safe and organized workstation.
• Perform hourly quality checks.
• 100% check parts by snap gage.
• Monitor coolant levels and refill.
• Change chip bags.
• Vacuum out machines.
• Sweep floor.
• Empty burnish bowl.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to be trained.
