The IT Leader will be responsible for managing all IT and Technology interfaces for the company including overseeing the companies Managed Service Provider.  Additionally the role will be responsible for designing and maintaining various internal and external reporting requirements for the organization.  Key resource for the company in leveraging technology to drive business improvements.






         Maintain the companies IT infrastructure in conjunction with the Companies Managed Service Provider.

         Maintain and oversee the companies IT server room and hardware requirements.

         Work with the user community to establish, design and maintain various data base queries / reports.

         Write, maintain and design various SQL databases which interface with the companies ERP Platform (Macola EM10)

         Responsible for all electronic / IT related issues within the organization including (EDI, Database Administration, Report design, Hardware and Software Inv. / Management)

         Work in-conjunction with the CFO, sales organization and Financial Analyst to prepare / maintain the company's sales forecast and MRP data requirements.

         Will assist the Companies Leadership team with various reports and data requests.






         A bachelor's degree in MIS, Accounting or Finance is required.

         MBA is desirable.



The fully qualified candidate will possess a strong knowledge of SQL database management. He or she will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT or Financial Analysis role preferably for a mfg. company.



         Problem Solving: Asks good questions and probes all potential sources for answers; able to evaluate all sides of an issue and independently develop creative solutions to difficult problems; looks beyond obvious surface solutions and does not stop at first answer.

         Technical Skills: Sound understanding of IT hardware and software solutions. 

         Computer Skills: SQL database management and report writing required.  Advanced Excel capability (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.) required.  Knowledge of advanced ERP systems (preferably Macola EM10) and is a plus.

         Communication Skills: Strong writing and speaking skills; can articulate information clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings.

         Judgment: Makes good decisions in a timely manner based on analysis and experience; track record of making solid suggestions and decisions over time.

         Interpersonal Savvy: Relates well to people inside and outside the organization; is accessible and develops rapport; listens, builds constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact; commands credibility by treating people with respect; trustworthy.

         Values: Strong work ethic; honest and straightforward; maintains the highest personal and professional ethics.

         Time Management: Excellent planning and time management skills.
